Shipping costs

We believe shopping online should be simple — no hidden fees, no checkout surprises.

So.... Shipping is free on all orders. We know nobody likes nasty cost surprises during checkout — we get enough of that with budget airlines! That’s why we factor our very reasonable shipping costs into the product price you see on each product page.
What you see is what you pay at checkout. Please bear this in mind when doing price comparisons. The only exception is if you qualify for a discount — in that case, your price will go down, not up.

Where we ship

Mainland UK Delivery
We currently deliver across Mainland UK (England, Scotland, and Wales).

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore UK islands is not always available, as it depends on the supplier. If you require delivery to one of these locations, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm whether we can arrange it.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier, and are clearly shown on each product page. Please check this information before placing your order. The majority of our products will be delivered within 2-5 days.  As you will appreciate, some products we deliver are bulky and require 2-person teams.  These deliveries may take up to 14 days. 

Order processing & tracking

We work with a wide range of suppliers to bring you the best selection of products. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Where tracking is provided by the supplier, we will pass this tracking information on to you so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.

Bespoke & made-to-order items

Some bespoke or made-to-order items can take several weeks for delivery. This will always be clearly noted on the product page for any such items.
